My focus is on building and delivering fast websites. The level of complexity is up to the client, but within thier needs I try to keep things simple. Interfaces should be intuitive and responsive, and finidng what you want should be easy and quick. Aesthetics are certainly important, but staring at a nice design-heavy background while waiting ages for the info you want is unacceptable. Thankfully, these days, there's no reason you can't "have it both ways".
Over the years I've developed a number of skills and techniques from Object oriented back-end class structure, to deployment of AJAX for seamless user interaction, to database development for powerful data-driven websites. I'm familiar with a number of technologies and libraries, but my strengths are in HTML, PHP, Javascript, MySQL and CSS. The websites I'm most proud of (and have the most fun working on) are built on the CodeIgniter PHP framework.
This is the website for the Independant game and mod studio that I founded. It's purpose is to showcase the studios projects and people and proved updates via the news page. I designed and coded this website on the CodeIgniter framework.
